Crystal dealership continues to be the biggest disappointment. Bought a brand new car. Smelled like gas. Was in the shop twice in 2 weeks. Got it back, 2 weeks later it needed its oil change. They offer free oil changes for a year. I booked my appointment with the Brooksville dealership a week and a half in advance. 8am, first appointment of the day Saturday. I needed to be in and out due to another appointment at 11. 3 hours should be plenty of time for an oil change. My local shop I am in and out in 30 min as a walk in. 9:30 I went to ask about my car and he then pulled it onto the rack. Ridiculous
Tommy is the worst salesman at the Brooksville office have ever had to deal with. He was very pushy and tried to force me to purchase a vehicle i did not like. When i decided not to purchase the vehicle Tommy became very angry and lost his temper. I will never go to that dealership again nor do i recommend anyone visit that dealership.

If you're looking for quality customer service, Adrion Khan is the one to ask for. I did not purchase a vehicle at this dealership but I did get a lot of useful, friendly advice from him. If I, or anyone I know, was interested in a car at that location/branch, he's who I'd recommend! Not so much the older, Caucasian sales manager.. his attitude and rude comments rubbed me the wrong way. At Crystal Chrysler Dodge, Adrion Khan is your guy. Thanks again Adrion!

Brandon collins was so great with helping us find my daughter her first jeep that i came back 4 days later and bought my first jeep. He went above and beyond for both of us even coming in on his day off thank you brandon you have forever customers. And to ron the floor manager thanks for showing me my baby and for all your help. You guys rock. Mother and daughters jeepers for life. Both of you thank you for making my daughters first car buying experience a good one.
I put in an online inquiry at a few places. Most places called once or emailed me. There was a girl named Marie who was call I g me over and over. I'd push it to voicemail and she would hang up and call right back. I call and talked to a supposive manager and she said oh there's nothing I can do have a good day and hung up. She wouldn't even take my number to get it off the calling list. If they keep this up ill sue for hassasment.
