DONT do it! dont go here!! Typical kia dealer... Banking on ppl being desperate to get anything. Car advertised for 13595.00 on car gurus. No where did it state any additional terms. I looked at their web site just to be on the safe side and I saw the same price, however they added " with 1995.00 down. That totaled 15590. I was good with that price. I called dealership, of course you have to go through multiple ppl to get an answer ... Then they add a 999 dealer prep fees. Then they add 1795 doc. Fees. Plus your tax dmv and nysi. The car was up to nearly 19k plus tax from the advertised 13595. The car was not worth 19k. The car was worth about 15k. They are certainly geared toward unintelligent uneducated customers with no money or credit
Might be okay to purchase a car from this dealership but NEVER TRUST the Service Department to be truthful about any service they mention you need. They out right lie and try to push you into service that you may or may not need. For example when they say your brake pads or disks need replacement get a second opinion from someone else and if they are actually telling the truth you will pay significantly less.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phones during the day and when we went to drop the car off for service we watched the service people stroll in 30 min after they were supposed to be open. No one seems to care about their jobs here. This is the worse dealership Ive ever seen. Dont get me started on the sleezy salesmen that lie to you.
