Very disappointed in their customer service. Ongoing engine issue with Chevy Equinox. They've acknowledged the problem and have yet to fix properly. Was told 6 weeks ago that they would have a resolve and no contact from them at all. I will be there at 8 am today again

Salesman doesn't communicate questions and concerns well. We requested to have a mechanical inspection report filled out because we are getting an extended warranty from an outside source. The salesman of 20 years alleged that he had never dealt with that before and simply ignored our request and he never had the report filled out for us. Coincidentally he tried to sell my wife an extended warranty from the dealership after I told him we had it covered. We only saw the vehicle at night when we test drove and then later purchased. I notice a chip in the windshield as soon as my wife got the vehicle home. Immediately called the salesman. He said I'll call you Saturday after I check to see if it was in the mechanic report. It's been getting down in the 20s at night.That chip could crack at any time. D'ambrosio needs to fix my windshield. This is why people don't trust car salesman
