We have had a HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. First we dealt with Jerry who was a typical lying salesman, very rude and condescending. We came into the dealership leasing a ford fusion, looking to lease a different car. We were told they could get us out of our lease early. We ended up leasing a jeep compass from them. They told us they would make the remaining payments on our ford and just add that payout that they paid off to our new lease on the Jeep. We signed all the paperwork and left with our new jeep. Come to find out, they LIED and didnt pay the WHOLE payout. They left us with 2 $309 payments to make on our old Ford lease. We werent aware until we got emails and calls stating we were late on ford payments. I looked at our contract and saw they only paid a portion of the payout, not all of it like they said they would. So we still have to make payments on a car that is NO LONGER IN OUR POSESSION that theyve probably already sold and are making money on it for themselves. I called and spoke to Nathan Diedrich, the financial advisor, and he informed me he would look into it and call me back the next day. I GOT NO PHONE CALL BACK. I called again and was forced to leave a message because the financial advisors were all with customers. Again, NO PHONE CALL BACK. I called again after Christmas and spoke to a different Nate, who is supposedly the General Manager. He told me he would look into it and call me back. I then asked "Am I really going to get a call back because I've heard that twice now and it never happened". He then condescendingly said "Didnt I just now tell you I'd call you back? That means i'll call you back." I just laughed at the way he talked to me. The rest of the day went by and guess what...NO PHONE CALL BACK. It is now Jan 1st and i have yet to hear from someone. And while Ive been waiting to have this resolved, our credit is getting MESSED up because we are late on payments that we shouldnt be responsible for. Long story short, I will be personally coming into this dealership to make sure this gets resolved and I will NEVER do business with this place again, and i hope you dont either. UPDATE: Chuck Olsen, the Boucher Corporate Sales Manager, contacted me Jan 17th and rectified the whole situation. I had a very pleasant conversation with him and he reassured me he handled the situation and used it as a coaching tool for his staff, which was nice to hear. My account will now be paid off in full and I won't have to worry about it any longer. Thank you, Chuck, for being a man of your word and pulling through for us.

My husband and I stopped in just to look at new cars. We were greeted by Ana and she was very nice and knowledgeable of the vehicles and the current specials/sales. We test drove a car and told her we would be in touch. We came back and Ana was not working so we were helped by Randy Ludlum who did a great job helping me get the car I wanted. The finance manager Kara was beyond amazing very awesome lady! We got everything done without a hassle. The next day Ana was there and we were able to complete the deal with her. I would go back just for the customer service we received. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. Thanks for making my experience great!

i was scammed out of two cars in 2006 and told i would get cash difference toward a newer car , as soon as i signed the titles over frank said that i said i could not afford to keep making two car payments . one car down payment was 12,250.00 plus 400.00 a month for almost two yrs . the other cars down payment was 5000.00 and 390.00 a month . both cars were financed though separate banks . my wife and i were making 57000.00 a year.
