This place is crooked! Took my husbands car for a new battery or possible alternator problem and left with a $472 bill. I just needed a new battery but they performed an unauthorized 3 pack fuel system service that had been performed only a week earlier at my local, independent, trustworthy mechanic. I would give them a 0 star if I could. Way to cheat your customers! Will never return!!!

Took my car in for service to have timing belt replaced, picked it up , drove for couple days. Then new timing belt breaks 2 or 3 days later, so I have it towed back to freeway Chevy 5 weeks ago, still no car. It takes many calls to get one call back. I even called the General Managers Tim Mort but of course, He doesnt returns call either. Just know when they do there job incorrectly- they dont care, and they even refuse you rental car, no common courtesy of letting you know what going on most of the time, ignore you, because of there own incompetence and lousy work ethics and practices. Trust me find any other Chevy dealer if you need your car fixed right and in a timely bases.
