I had a very bad experience at their body shop. I took car after I had a scratch on driver side door. They said the door needs to be replaced. After the repair, the widows were not rolling up predictably, sometimes it hesitate to roll up. The mirror control switches were broken. The right side mirror stopped turning. When I took back to the body shop next day, they are saying it is not related to their repair. He says this is switch failure and a coincidence that it happened now!!! PLEASE DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP.
If I could give service less than 0, I would have. Very rude staff and very rude service. Avoid Joshua at all costs. He comes on to you really strong and doesnt let you talk much I have had a terrible experience with Helfman in buying a used camry where they told me that the master key is available with the original user and we can get it for you. Later, when I bought the car , they told me they didnt giving the excuse that they dont know where the key is. I lodged a complaint and had their manager give me a call and start out very strongly ( surprised?) about how thats NOT their fault and is totally mine for not having gotten this in written. I mean, are you crazy?! NEVER, NEVER buy a car from here. The other dealers are a lot better. I normally dont write such long reviews but I wanted to make sure that my concerns are heard by people and I share my experience.
Purchased my second vehicle from Ned over at Helfman Dodge. It truly is a friendly and fair car buying experience. I love Dodge, and Helfman is the place to go.
My car was about to die and I needed a new one fast. I work near Helfman so I stopped in on the way home after spending all day searching online. 2 hours later and about 2K less than all the competition, I got the truck I wanted. JD went the extra mile on all the little details, and is an asset to any company that would employ him. All-in-all, a great experience and I highly recommend working with JD! (Note: I am not JD nor a family or friend)
I felt un-welcome and I felt they didn't want to sell cars at this location. They need to have better communication and should welcome any customer to there lot whether they are buying or just looking. I am still waiting to hear back from J.D. and/or Mary regarding my email and about the extra key. After we finalized the deal our sales person did not even shake our hand nor say thank you....I felt that was rude. We never saw her after we went to financing. I would avoid Mary because she needs better people skills. If it wasn't for the car my daughter wanted that they had I would have NEVER bought a car here. I would not personally recommend this location if you are looking to buy a car.
