Do not do buisness with this dealership. Worst dealership experience I've ever had in 20 years of buying and selling cars. First, they told me their detailer had the floormats for av$70,000 SUV, then when I was safely 1,000 miles away told me they didn't have them. Second, they agreed to expedite the title as it was a buisness purchase and I explained that I needed plates on the car ASAP, 45 days later, still no title. Third, they have not returned the balance difference between the bank check and final car price after 45 days. Fourth, they ceased professional communications when THEY made a mistake endorsing previously mentioned bank check. Fifth, and honestly this is on me for not getting a PPI they sold me a $70,000 vehicle with a blown axle KNOWING I was driving it 1,000mi home with no regard for my or my wife's safety. The fact this is a Swickard dealership is mind blowing, because none of the other Swickard dealerships are as dirty and low as this one. Do not do buisness with these people. They will not do you right as a customer. In response to the way I've been treated another Swickard dealership has been gracious enough to step in and do the right thing but these people in Redwood City? They don't give even a slight bit about your safety, comfort, or finances. They are bad people.

The service team at Landrover Redwood City is fantastic. They always do their best to get my vehicles in and really care about me as a customer. The loaner vehicles are a super nice touch as is the detailing when returned my SUV's are returned.
