I've been bringing my cars to this Dealership for over 10 years and have ALWAYS had 5 star Service. However, over the past few months I've noticed service has gone down the tubes. I brought my car in with codes on my dashboard. Spent $1000.00 + to have maintenance done and codes removed. Picked my car (after hours) and codes were not cleared. So that means that the work was completed but codes were not cleared OR work was NOT completed and I spent my hard earn money on nothing. Either way, it incompetence. Called General Manager, Jim Baluth and left a message. Waiting for a returned call back

I walked the lot for about 20 mins and there 2 salesman walking around and 2 others at the front entrance just laughing and talking. I guess they have been selling too many cars so I left to spend my money at Cerritos Honda.

I would like to give a great big thank you!! to John Gomez and Alfred Pena for putting me in my new 2016 Honda Civic. I love it!! John and Alfred were very professional and courteous and kept me up on the status of my car while i was waiting.
