Fantastic experience. Bought 2 vehicles they made it easy, transparent, and painless. Ray was a great salesperson and even came in on his day off to help us. Will be recommending to anyone in the market for a vehicle Edit: upon driving home, the van we purchased had a check engine light come on. The coolant thermostat was bad .They couldn't fit us in until over a week later. They did fix it at no cost but the inconvenience is annoying. The car we bought had a key faub not working. Just a battery replacement but it was also annoying . The car also ran out of washer fluid after about 5 squirts. Overall it was a "good" experience but that's where I would leave it. At first I gave 5 stars because the salesman was nice and went out of his way to help us and get the car sold but it seemed as if there we several dumb oversights that could've been fixed with a little more attention to detail.
Absolutely the worst car dealer ever. They not only bait and switched with the warranty they violated their contract, we are talking with an attorney to seek recourse. It would be an easy fix, but they are too inept to find a happy resolution. I would recommend any dealer over these folks.
Victory's service department is my new favorite Jeep place go to! It is clean friendly, and fast. Their people are beyond compare, I have dealt with many dealerships. But, the people here make coming back here worth the drive, And that it is open and airy and clean is wonderful when waiting for your Jeep. And it never hurts to look around the lot. You just might find your next new ride 2! I know I did. Especially since they gave me a great deal on my trade in. Thanks Victory!
Mike D'Alesio was awesome in helping me stick to a STRICT budget and answered any and all questions I had. Go see him for your vehicle needs, he was seriously awesome! Thanks Mike!
I will never return or recommend. 1) I was lied to about the condition of the vehicle. Told it was accident free and owned by an old lady - then told at the sale it was a family - then find out with carfax after that it had two headlights replaced. 2) The dealer let it slip that an employee had been driving the vehicle for a few weeks - over 1200 miles over what they took it in at. 3) They lied about detailing the car prior to pick up - I found empty water bottles in the back floor and receipt between the seat. 4) They didn't provide all 4 mudmats that was to be included, found I was missing one in the backseat. 5) They were pushy the day of the sale, after making me sit in the waiting area for nearly 45 minutes, knowing I just worked a 12 hour overnight shift, I ended up way overpaying for things I actually didn't need but they pushed and made it sound like I did (I know its common, but shouldn't take advantage of people to the level they did) 6) I was told they'd work with me and include roof racks and have them installed when the car was detailed; I was told it was ready, arrived and the car was never touched, the racks were still in the box in the shop and I was them told it'd be another 150 to have them put on. Also was charged $40 more than retail for them. 7) I've reached out multiple times for the past couple weeks to get my missing mudmat and try to remediate the experience and no one will respond. If you must go here, please bring along an experienced buyer, read-and re-read EVERYTHING - they made my service contract and another warranty $10 apart so when reviewing the contract it looked like it was just a restated line - not an ADDITIONAL charge, was even told it was just the warranty. Was told the final finance costs was high because of taxes and interest - LIES. So my out the door price ended up being drastically over what the dealer told me it would be - I should have left then but I was in need of a new car that week. Make a list of all the things they state they will do - and have them sign off on it prior to finalizing the sale. Do NOT tell them how much you can pay a month - I learned now to never do this anywhere but I thought going to a dealership I could trust the people - NOPE CROOKS! I've also heard there is a connection to another dealership under a different name that has been charged for fraud before, and after this I believe it and am looking into my options should they not respond with some sort of remediation.
