If you want good service do not go to Land Rover of Princeton you probably will not get it or perhaps only if you fit a certain demographic, I'm not sure yet. I made an appointment to this location for my Land Rover because they had the quickest appointment available and my car had a check engine light on. I dropped it off on a Sunday and I never got a true update on my car it took 3 days and calling the service manager to get an update on what was wrong with my vehicle, he gave me an update and promised me a return call with details on my car and next steps... never happened. The service writer was pretty rude and very useless, after they had my car for 4 days I text them and asked them if they're was any update yet and if this is how they handle their customers, they text me that they they would update me soon, the update was that my car needed a part that they didn't have and had no idea when they would get it, I asked to pick up the car on Saturday, when I got to the dealer my car wasn't even ready, I had to wait, spoke again with the manager he made an empty apology and a promise that I would get an update on Moday as to when the part would arrive and when it would be able to be fixed, that call never happened it has been 2 weeks. Worst service department I have ever encountered, not at all on par with the regular Land Rover dealership I usually take my car to. All in all go elsewhere don't waste your time here.

2 weeks for service appointment? AC stopped working on my Jaguar which is only a year old and only has 6 thousand miles. I stopped by the dealer and was told it would take 2 weeks to book an appointment or I could leave the car for a week and they would try to fit it in. Really? This on top of waiting for 6 months for parts needed for the car. Lots of posts about pleasure of buying a car but I hope you dont need service as the pleasure stops there .
Lauren - thank you so much for saying so! We are so glad we offered you such a great experience. Congratulations.

The entire staff at Land Rover Princeton, especially Rich Martini, has been extremely helpful while purchasing our car. I highly recommend Land Rover Princeton!
Mr. Rogers - At Land Rover Princeton, our customers satisfaction is extremely important. While we do offer a complimentary free safety inspection, a diagnostic check is not a free service. We apologize for the confusion. I would be happy to discuss the experience further, as we value your business and apologize for the miscommunication that may have impacted your impression of our dealership Andrew Weir, Service Manager, [email protected]

If you like a bait and switch car dealership, the Range Rover Dealership in Princeton is the place for you. Unfortunately this is not a place that you can trust to treat your wife fairly or with dignity or respect. My wife called the Service Department because a Dashboard light came on, she stated she was considering trading her Range Rover in for a new one. The Service Representative suggested my wife bring the vehicle in and allow them to perform free diagnostic testing. This would allow us to make an informed decision on whether or not to trade in the vehicle, or keep the current one. This all sounded great. When my wife arrived for the appointment (after an hour drive) the Service Manager stated there would be a $350 diagnostics charge, and they were running low on loaner vehicles so she would have to wait. Keep in mind I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old. My wife questioned the charge and the Service Manager said does your husband work for free? Why should my Techs work for free? After an hour of my 1 year old screaming at the top of his lungs, they reluctantly gave my wife a loner, but not without making more passive aggressive, and rude comments. I could go on about how they stated it would take a few hours, and it took 3 days, or how they lost the key to my wifes car and asked us if we had a spare, but you get the picture. Its sad that in this day and age a women with 2 young children would be treated like this. Think about this before your wife calls into this place for service.
