If you own a Saab in the Springfield area don't mess around. Taliaferro is the only option for accurate diagnostics, quality work, great customer service, and although it's still a "mom and pop" run operation (not corporate style) they are true professionals in the way they run their business. I know other mechanics that do quality work as wells as is done at Taliaferro, but the other guy's can't compare with the professionalism found at Taliaferro. they get you car in and take care of business. other places will let your car sit around for days until they get around to looking at it. Taliaferro gets a A+, 10 star rating from me!
