Customer service here is great, although prices make you cringe. I was disgruntled about my subwoofers and they worked with me by giving me an higher end amp to the max. Couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. They conduct great work but you're going to pay the price.

I went to Hi End after I had a problem with my audio system which was installed by another company. They were very professional in troubleshooting and letting me know what the problem was and fixing the problem for me. Since then they have installed audio and navigation systems, alarms, back up cameras and custom lighting on my vehicles. I would never go anywhere else besides here. Sorry you feel this way We installed this system more then 2.5 years ago The charge for your blown tweeters two years ago was for an upgrade you wanted from the tweeters that were bad We traded in the blown tweeters and sent out to company for warranty We squeezed you in today being we were booked with appts Your speakers were blown and had corrosion in speaker lines We installed a new pair at a discount price (for the 2.5 year old speakers) You asked us to buy new key fobs for your remote start We programmed a new set to your system Your vehicle is older and programming a transmitter wouldnt cause a battery or motor to have problems We scheduled an appt in two days to take a look at remote start to make sure this isnt your issue We warranty all of our work and follow all manufacturers warranties We cover 1 year labor on all work Always willing to work with a customer after warranty period ended If you have any other issues you can always ask for manager Anthony or Tony the owner

Biggest crooks . I had a brand new system put in my Honda Accord and a remote start. I paid over $2000. After the first couple months the tweeters were cracking and I took them back. I was told I had a year warranty but I had to pay a cost to have the repair done. Shortly there after I noticed my two front speakers were not working I thought the guy disconnected them when he put the tweeters in so I brought it back to the store they charge me for two new speakers and installation. I tried to get new keys for my remote start and they programmed the key when it was time for me to leave the car died. If you want to be scammed out of a Lotta money go to them if you want to keep coming back for the same problem go to them
