Worse place to lease. Lease a 2015 with 9,860 miles and the finance departemnt put on my lease 986 , now im trying to get this fix or im gonna have to pay the over mileage(yes i failed to re read the contract) but avoid this dealer.. the worseeee!!!!
I can't speak to the sales experience but let me just say the dealership portion has THE WORST secretary ever. I've had to call a few times in the past few weeks to sort out some service for a Dodge truck and every time I call and ask to be connected to service she just gives me the number, when I asked to be transferred she goes: "Well if I HAVE to.........." Yeah, you do have to, it's your ONLY JOB. And why is it so difficult to transfer from the dealership to service? Should be very simple.

I write this review as a WARNING for potential customers to NOT purchase a vehicle from Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I purchased a Jeep here a year ago, and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Once they received my payment, they've had zero interest in continuing any kind of positive relationship with me as a client. Their Service Center is completely neglectful. They never answer the phone, but on the rare instance when they do, they are completely disinterested in helping you. During a recent road side assistance claim for a flat tire, the tow truck driver damaged my vehicle on the way the the service center. The damage had nothing to do with the flat tire and was all completely preventable. After making several calls to find out what the status of my car was and what additional claim I now needed to make in order to solve the damage done to my vehicle, the service center was of no help in telling me what the damage was. Their lack of concern was not only frustrating but also very time consuming as I had no one to guide me through this awful situation. After making several calls and leaving several voice messages, (37 to count) I was met with no help or call back. The next step was calling management. I explained to the manager of sales that all I wanted was to feel comfortable about the state of my car and what state it was left in after the damage so that I could sleep, he said he would take care of it for me. Needless to say, I once again have not received a call back. I'm extremely baffled as to how anyone at this Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership is employed in customer service. It is extremely disappointing to buy a $30,000 vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealership only to find out they are appalling. They leave customers to completely fend for themselves when it comes to solving a cars service requirements even though the new car is under warranty through their company. I advise NO ONE to buy from this location nor the Queens location. I'm sure the corporate umbrella of Chrysler would be extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessionalism and the way they treat their customers. What they also don't understand is that I work for a major news organization and that we might have to run a story on the deplorable behavior of Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Nothing about this company's service has been acceptable.
