This doesnt sound like the way we do business. Im very, very sorry this happened and Im not really sure how something like this would happen. We pride ourselves on customer service and making sure our customers get a good part with convenience. Again, I am sorry & I really hope we get another shot at gaining your trust.

They told me they had the part and it would be pulled by the time I arrived. The part was not pulled and the part was in disrepair so I could not purchase it. I think they are good people but they need to make sure before telling persons they have parts in stock they should double-check and make sure the part works!!! the manager try to make me feel as if I was at fault for not asking all the proper questions before coming in which I asked every question before driving over 2 hours. I must give them a one-star 4 overall poor customer service!!!Very Bad Experience!
Very sorry this happened. I have been in this business since 1993 so feel we are very competent on auto parts. Dont recall this situation so Im not sure exactly what happened. Sorry again and I hope you will give us another opportunity to show you that we do care and we want our customers to get the right part the first time.

Tell them what you need and they don't get u the right part i had to go to another junk yard to get the right part myself goes to prove can only trust yourself
Recently purchased a set of 4 tires from here for $200. Took them to Discount Tire to have them mounted and balanced. One of the 4 tires had a tear in which you could see the metal threading and the TIRE STORE said it was defective and they COULD NOT use. Like the rest of you, I assumed if I followed Economy's return policy, which states, "all DEFECTIVE tires need to be returned within 24 hours, which I did, that I would at least receive $50 back for returning the defective tire. You too would be wrong... The only solutions that I was offered was to bring my car in and he would mount the defective tire for me, because according to Economy, "the only reason Discount Tire wouldn't use that defective tire was for insurance puposes." Yeah, like they don't want to be held liable for what happens to me when that tire blows! The other solution I was given was to bring the entire set back for a full refund. You know, so he could sell a set of defective tires to someone else....
