Service is horrible! Took our Mazda 6 in to change a headlight bulb that was out. Cost $160 and the light only works half the time. They did something so whenever there is any moisture outside it gets in with the light bulb and makes it go out. We have been pulled over multiple times not realizing the bulb was out yet again but can't afford to go pay $160 again for a crappy job. Our Mazda has a recall on it and have been calling for over a month and they keep telling me they need to order the part and will call me back in a few days when it comes in. I wait a week, hear nothing so I call back and get the same answer, they need to order the part and it will take a few days. Well it's been 5 weeks and guess what I still haven't heard from them or had the recalled part fixed. Do NOT take your car here if you can help it!!! Also do NOT buy a vehicle from them!! My parents bought a van from here and have had nothing but trouble. The DVD player didn't work so mazda had to order a new one to put in, well they ordered the wrong one twice, then installed it wrong, then forgot to give them the remote to it. You will get nothing but hassle and stress from going here!!

Now I'll first start off with how the salesman, Kent (No longer works there) was outstanding with the car buying experience. I came in desperate for a car as for my pervious broke down beyond repair. Found the car I wanted with >20k miles and was Labeled "Like New" on the website. I needed a reliable car quick and ended up paying more than I wanted, I was caught is a desperate situation where I didn't have the luxury of shopping around and ended up paying way more than what the car was worth but known that coming out. The day after I bought the car, I noticed several deep scratches and spot's where paint was chipped. I contacted the dealer and eventually got in contact with Tim the manager. Tim agreed to "fix" the car but that's not what I got. firstly, they buffed the car but that virtually did noting because the scratches were that deep. after receiving the car, I was extremely disappointed. it looked as if nothing was done. They then put a coating over the scratches to hid them - not solving the problem. I had to come in a different day for touch up paint that I wish was never done. the photos provided is after the paint is "corrected". The guy just added paint no sanding, clear coat nothing! it looks terrible. When I confronted the paint guy, he then tells me he's not going to do all that because he's only getting 40$ and wasn't worth his time. I usually don't car about small stuff but when I'm paying new car money for a used car I want it to look new! The dealer will nickel and dime every was cent from that car and hope the customer doesn't complain if somethings wrong. Don't get played. There's so much more I could've added to this review but ill be barking at a dead horse. Thanks for your time.

We had a great experience at Mazda, the sales lady Charlsie, was great. She answered all questions and she explained the whole car and the app to us, and helped us set it all up to what we wanted. I will tell everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to go see Charlsie and Wyatt Johnson Mazda ...

Disappointed at their service department. I purchased premium slotted & drilled brake rotors in Feb 2018, and after having scheduled services completed only at Wyatt Johnson Mazda, I have to replace my front rotors again (NOV 2018) due to warpage. This time, removing the wheels, its evident that they over-tightened the lug nuts and contributed to these warping again so soon. Their techs should be using a torque wrench to tighten to the factory specs, which is much lower than 120+ ft lbs. This is evident of incompetent or lazy technicians just hammering the wheel lugs with an air powered ratchet. Unsatisfactory. I will have future services completed somewhere else (probably much cheaper too). ***I'm editing this review at this point: I did attempt to contact the service manager. I sent a message thru their website, I also called and was told he was busy. Left a message there as well w/ my info and was told the manager would return my call. As of today, 5pm 07 NOV 2018, I haven't rcv'd my call returned by the manager. I know they have replied below and said they're happy to speak w/me, HOWEVER, that only seems like a generic gesture reserved for Google review.***
