The staff at Open Road Mazda of East Brunswick made buying a car less stressful. My salesman Mark Rodrigo was a nice guy. I recommend going to open road Mazda of East Brunswick and asking for Mark. He did everything he could to meet my expectations and my new car has exceeded my expectations. Everyone my family and I dealt with at Open Road seemed genuine and kind. I was here last week and I bought a certified pre-owned car. Jim (James W.) and his manager Jimmy were so helpful, polite and provided exceptional service! I was looking to buy a 2015 M3 SGT. Figured I could get a good deal since the 2016's were out soon. Inventory in general was low on this particular trim but I was willing to travel for a good deal. I searched online and found one at Open Road that fit my needs. I found a few other cars in the area and was shopping. My initial call was with the sales manager, Cally. I expressed interest and was told to come down. I wanted an ePRICE QUOTE but never got one. A few days later, I called for her but was not around and they put me in touch with Eric. He took my information and had said he would get back to me. Never did. Another call to him, he said he would get a price. Nothing. Any normal person would have given up. I didn't. Finally, Jack calls me and before giving a quote, he asks me what other cars I have in my household to see if I qualify for some sort of rebate. I questioned it but he insisted. I never heard of such a ridiculous thing. He calls me back and quotes me a ridiculous price nearly the MSRP. Surprisingly, my others cars did not qualify for the new car rebate. I told him that his quote was off the charts and nowhere near the other quotes I had gotten. I've done my homework on Edmunds and KBB. Enough said here. I am very disappointed to say the least. Communication was horrible. Worst experience I've ever had. I've been working with customer's my whole life and this whole experience was awful. To top it off, nearly 2 weeks after my initial call to Cally, I get a call today from her asking if I was still interested in the car. What a joke. I told her I purchased a car from another dealer. They didn't earn my cash.
