We at Simply Auto Sound take our reviews very seriously. As for this case, Im sorry but there must of been a miscommunication here. The installer informed me that you needed 100 amp resistors not the 50 amp resistors your kit came with. He said you where to order them and bring back to us. We do not stock these parts as we dont actually sell them. Unfortunately we where unsuccessful in the 3 hours we worked on it and did not charge you a dime. Please reconsider a harsh 1 star review. We did not rip you off nor did we take any of your money here. We simply tried to install your parts. We do apologize for the miscommunication however and will work on clear communication in the future.

I live out of town so it was a big deal to make a reservation and drive my gas hog truck to Redding to get my led light installed. Once there , they didn't know why my brand new led light wasn't working properly and after a few hours gave up. They then told me they knew someone who would know what the issue was and would contact me as soon as they found out. Two and a half weeks later and no phone call. Best stick to audio installation
