The staff is very rude and speaks to you as if you don't know about what is wrong with your vehicle. I have been in there 5 times now for the same persistent issue with my vehicle that they continue blaming on me instead of wanting to actually look to fix the problem. I was told yesterday that my car was taking up space and they did an unauthorized oil change on my vehicle to get it out of there. I am very unsatisfied everytime I go there and talk to them and I'm extremely frustrated that my vehicle is still yet to be fixed after 5 times already.

I have been buying my cars and having them serviced by SCOTT since 2002. Their service is great and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. And Chris Rapp is the best!
