Took them 2.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. I asked what took so long and they said they were close to get started, that they had to wait on an open rack. I had a scheduled appointment so seems strange they would over book or potentially do walk ins first. I dont know the reasons behind why they had poor scheduling of course, but very frustrating that it took so long. Should have been about an hour. Id even be ok with them running a little behind but 2.5 hours was a bit much, and no updates were given until I had to go ask what was taking so long.
The service department is terribletook my truck to them cause brakes were bad, AC was going out, and needed an oil change. They tell me its gonna be $600 to fix brakes and oil change was already done turns out it wasnt done they had another truck that looked just like mine out there and I told them well Ill take it to plaza Monday morning and put it on my plaza card then and I specifically said leave the keys in the truck Ill pick it up after work they didnt do so and so I had to pay $47.50 for a cab out to Kevil where I live. The service advisor I talked to went on vacation never heard back about my AC condenser warranty never heard back on where my keys I gave them are never heard back from Anyone and I get it they may be busy but i work two jobs I shouldnt have to be following up with them

The sale was the only thing good about this dealership. The salesman change my name but the paperwork was sent misspelled. They claim they only mail to the dmv but her first mail was sent to the collector of Revenue. She re mailed it mailed i never informed me I had to go to the place. I tried talking to the title clerk about which place to mail it but she stated she mailed to a dmv that never bothered to contact me so I got a late fee and they dont want to honor it. Its their policy to mail to the dmv but when I asked for their corporate number the number they gave me was incorrect. Now she stated that she talked to the dmv here in my state and told her they called me but when I went up there I said they never called me but when I called back to let her know that I was transferred to a manager I guess which in previous calls no ones calls my back. They dont fill up used cars and I came two and half hours to get this truck. The person in finance told me if i pay them what they lost in the truck they would fill my truck up five times.. so unprofessional....Be cautious and live close by because they treat you like they dont appreciate ur business.
