The Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda, Maryland lacks diversity and professionalism.
Buyer Beware. I purchased a 2011 VW GTI in April 2016. Though the vehicle looked to be in great shape initially and the service was good, about 45 days after I purchased it the check engine light came on. I proceeded to take the vehicle to VW to see what the problem was and I was informed: 1) The intake manifold had been recalled by VW and needed to be replaced. Cost to repair = $1,200 2) There was excessive carbon build up in the engine causing the cylinders to misfire and needed to be cleaned out. Cost to repair =$1,200 3) The coils were bad and needed to be replaced. Cost to repair = $400 In addition, the passenger side window malfunctions often and will not go up. I have repeatedly contacted Jim Colman staff over the course of the last 2 weeks about the issue, including going into the dealership to hand deliver the repair invoices and sit down with someone, but they have refused to do anything. I have only been bounced around from customer service, to sales, the repair department. Each time I am informed someone will call me back, but no one ever does. After spending 15K + on a car, I was left with $2,800+ in needed repairs less than 2 months later. After this experience, I cannot recommend Jim Coleman Infiniti.

We test drive the Q50. Alvaro, the Sale Consultant was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He listened to our needs and requirements and explained us all the options available. His manager helped us with the numbers in a transparent manner, which lead us to buy their car. We look forward to doing business in the future.
Technician cross threaded wheel nuts on vehicle and declined to take ownership for poor workmanship. Service writer Choon confirmed his new $1004.00 OEM wheel matched the others on my car as my wheels are dark metallic. When I picked up my car I noticed the front wheel was a completely different color (silver alloy). Choon advised I'd have to go to Infiniti in Florida where I bought my car, and they would have to match the wheel, adding another out of pocket expense. My car wss there for 5 days and was dirtier than when I dropped it off. After leaving this dealership, I had 2 rear tires installed and was advised my rear lug nut broke off when removed as it was previously cross threaded. Jim Coleman Infiniti caused more damage to my car, I don't know if they rush jobs or don't have quality techs, but I would NEVER recommend this service center to anyone. I also heard other service advisors coach customers by staying they would receive a survey, and please give them all 10s. They even advised their car wash was down, but please give them a 10 on that question. This makes their reviews inaccurate. My dealership in Florida does not have a car wash, so they have a detail area where a human washes and vacuums all vehicles, I can't understand why they do not do this in MD, but it's understandable seeing how they feel it's acceptable to coach customers for their survey. They actually ask for a perfect review knowing they are not providing an outstanding experience. Poor quality dealer OVERALL!
