He wanted that to be a sign and drive and feels he was not responsible to pay his taxes and fees. These guys are the definition of bait and switch. They advertise a lease for 179 a month but when i called them they said 280 and when I told him about the 179 deal he made up like 10 stories on top of his head. Also the reason i assume this place is rated highly is because most of these people are friends or workers of the owners and they made up reviews. Also the listing did say 0 down but when but the funny thing is they offered me the car advertised for $180 for $280 with $1200 down.
We would like to start off by saying we appreciate the business from Julio. We are very dissapointed by the fact that the used car he purchased failed him. But when he initially bought the car it was it excellent condition and it came with a 30 day warranty like all used cars do unless you buy and extended warranty. Unfortunately it was not maintained properly by the purchaser and we offered our help even though there was no longer any warranty. The engine blew because they failed to have it serviced and address any issues when the service light went on. We did everything we could to try and help the situation but when we couldn't refund the car due to customer negligence we are blamed. We are all about customer support and satisfaction.

Don't buy cars from Carmelo he sold me a car with a blown engine . I ended losing 14,000 dollars stay away from this place In response to your comment: How would you know how this car was maintained? Especially being that we only had it for a little over 2 months. What kind of maintenance could it have possibly have needed? The car was barely even driven before the oil light came on. We took it in for an oil change and soon after the engine service light came on and then the car was done. And you say you tried to help to resolve it? ...by asking us to take it to your mechanic and pay them for a blown engine? Really?! You can say what you want to try to make a review look better but we all know the truth here. Who sells a car for $14,000 to a student who has worked hard to save it and she barely drives it and it breaks down....
Huge applause to this place and Max! I was so afraid initially but Max was so transparent and honest. I went through a complete nightmare with The dealership I worked with previously, they were nothing but lies and hours and days of wasted time. I spoke with Max on Thursday and he gave it to me straight. By Friday, I was driving out with my new SUV . Max really listened to my needs and gave me options based on my price point and "must haves" only he suggested an even better choice of a truck with many more bells and whistles. I am forever a client and really recommend that if you want a fair leasing price for a car, these guys are the real deal.

This gentleman did not lease a vehicle through Xclusive Auto Leasing, he might be confusing us with someone else or just felt the need to bad mouth us for no reason. He clearly didn't specify any names. We treat every client with the utmost respect. We will go above and beyond to make sure that everyone leaves satisfied and with a smile on their face.

I have recently purchased a car there, I have had the worst costumer service experience. I will never go back there again or let my friends go in there. The main sales Person lied about everything. After completion of the deal when it would be hard to cancel everything, he gave me the lowest possible price for my trade in not the price that we were agreed on. I wish i never went in there.Since they had 1 month to be responsible for the inspection, I did not receive my plate until 2 days prior to the expiration date. After signing the contract they drove the car for more than 300 miles. It was a snowy day I needed a SUV, it would hard to start shopping again. Therefore I had to keep the deal going.
