First of all thank you for your business and I am glad you love your Jeep. Most of our customers do. Your battery dying is a bummer, however, batteries are a wearable item. Years ago you could get some indications that a battery is dying and do things to extend their life. Unfortunately, with the change in technology, batteries can go from fully functional to not working at all in a day. We also don't know if there were mitigating circumstances like lights being left on. This is a difficult one. We have called the customer and shared our opinion.

dont get my wrong..i love my 2015 jeep cherokee latitude but within 30 days of purchasing my battery died at a light, $350 and a lot of voicemails later and they still cant seem to give me a call back regarding the issue after a month. not happy at all.
This is the ONLY place they don't take there own coupons. unbelievable! I got a coupon for oil change and took it there and was told they don't take it. What? I was told they don't have that kind of oil any more and the one they have is way more expensive which is over $60.00 for just the oil change. I ask for a Manager hoping he will take the coupon but NOT. He told me they have a right to change the price any time they want and refused to take there own coupon. First time ever that i heard of it and he call him self a Manager. unbelievable !!! so i ask if they don't honor there own coupon why bother to mail it for there customers? The answer I got was he doesn't know why. Finally, he decided to give me a discount one time and I said yes because I already spent time there and I don't want to make another appointment. Either the Manager or the Tech said sorry for the inconvenience or my time .... This is what I don't get - Month later they send me another coupon the same coupon that they refused to take again that is why I'm writing this review. Stop sending those useless coupon that you don't take. They will send you a coupon and once you get there they have a different story. Don't waist your time at this place because they will treat you like a DOG. Worst oil change place ever!
Josh, Thanks for the 5 stars and your acknowledgement of our parts guys who seldom get the credit they deserve. Park has the largest Mopar parts department of any dealership in the State of Minnesota.

Adam at Park Chrysler Jeep is a go to service lead. Ran into some major problems with Jeep when a broke bolt off on a self repair. He was honest and straight forward informing me of needs for repair and what outcomes could occur. Their excellent technicians were able to remove the bolt without further damage to my engine block and get me back on the road promptly. They also went above and beyond when they caught that last service elsewhere filled the coolant with wrong product and did a full flush of cooling system correcting the problem. Ill head back there for all future needs on my Rubicon.
Matthew, We do not sell your information nor do we put your information into a database. There are marketing companies that purchase the vehicle registration records from the state as they are public records and attempt to market to recent customers. I believe that is what you are getting. You can request that you be taken off their call list. Steve Davis GSM

Beware: I purchased an extended Protection Plan through PCJ (via whatever third party they use). My contact information was definitely put into some kind of database where I get weekly calls from all sorts of extended warranty companies.
