I went there to check out a CX9. Their online price seemed fair, but their value on my trade was absurd. My best friend is a sales manager at a Volvo dealership, so I already knew what my car was going for at auction ($19.7k-$21.5k) and they offered me $15.5k. After I disclosed that I actually knew what my car was worth, they came up $4000, but that was STILL below the lowest price paid at auction. I would have done a deal if they came up another $250, but they wouldn't. Everyone was nice...but I was there to do business, not have a playdate. I would never trust that I was getting value on a deal there because of how they conducted business. They even tried to tell me I would be saving $1200 in tax credit with my trade. LOL, yeah, thanks to the State of PA, not the dealership. Good luck here!
Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. I apologize but nothing that was said should have been taken as snippy or something to be offended by. Your exact response when my coordinator Sarah reached out to you was "I'd like to understand what you have in inventory and your best out the door price for this vehicle, it will be registered in the zip-code 10024". You also stated, "I'll be emailing the same request to multiple dealers and will go with the best offer". Now for my coordinator to ask if you realize where we are located at this point is far from offensive or snippy. This is a basic questions that you took offense from??? At this point Sarah sent you our best out the door price. You then respond, "Can you send me the detailed breakdown of the price you quoted? I currently have another quote for OTD price of $32,003.30 (see below). Is this something that you guys can beat?" We gave you our best price which you asked for then you respond with another dealer quote asking if we can beat it?? Not sure why you would even ask for our best price to begin with? My coordinator says, "that sounds like a great deal, I'd go buy it there". Not sure why you would feel that is rude? Why would you care for the breakdown of our price if you already have one that is a lot cheaper? When you ask for our best price up front we gave it to you. To say something like, "I assume that they have enough customers that they have no need to work with you on price", is spiteful and really doesn't make much sense. We have been in business for over 30 years and treat our customers with respect. We have been in business that long because we take care of our customers and believe in helping our community. I am sorry you are offended and wish the best for you in the future.

Updated to Respond to the Owner: Why ask for a detailed breakdown? Partially because I've never seen a quote without one but also as it seems strange to have a $2k difference in OTD price when the selling price difference is only $848. Peruzzi final price of the car listed on the website as $29,875 Quote I had was a selling price of $29,027. Difference $848 I don't think it's unreasonable to suggest that a dealer's first offer is not their best and final. Perhaps Peruzzi is the exception, who knows. But when you see the difference in selling price is $848, the remainder of the OTD price difference ($1,152) can only be accounted for by fees. I'd recommend anyone buying to make sure to check those fees before writing the check. An extra $1,152 seems unreasonable to me. ______Original Review_______ I'm pretty surprised by my experience with the internet sales department. I had reached out asking for pricing on a new Mazda3. I provided my zipcode to get accurate pricing and the initial response seemed a bit snippy "It also looks like you're zip code is in New York. We're in Pennsylvania. Are you willing to travel here for the vehicle?" I wouldn't have submitted a request if I wasn't willing to come here. I explained that my parents lived in the area and sent through the remaining requested info to get a quote. I received an email back with just a dollar figure and invitation to come in. It did not include any sort of breakdown, details or even specifics for the car that was being quoted (vin, window sticker, link, etc) so I emailed back asking for a detailed breakdown of the quote and also advised the individual that I had another price quote that was $2k lower than the initial price and asked if they could beat this. The response I received was basically that I should buy from the other dealer. Full content of that email - "That seems like a great deal. I'd go buy it there." Felt rather abrupt and a bit rude. I'm happy to go elsewhere, not a big deal. I assume that they have enough customers that they have no need to work with you on price. I can say I am glad they didn't waste my time.

Staff, sales and management are beyond amazing. So helpful and friendly. Service is top notch. Our old lexus and Mercedes dealerships did half of the things they do (plastic covering steering wheel and entire driver side seat, etc). Had a small issue with our car and they took care of it immediately and no hassle. Rental car during the service was new top model. I will be driving 40 minutes out of my way to continue to go to them!
I had a great experience with Peruzzi Mazda. They were all very friendly, honest and professional people. I worked with Doug who was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the honesty of the sales people and dealership. They showed how the price broke down and did not do the normal awkward push for extras. They offered the extra warranty explained the benefits and did not go to excessive lengths to get us to purchase the extra warranties after we said no. Overall, I am very please with my experience at Peruzzi Mazda. I highly recommend the dealership and Doug. Plus I love my car. :)
Joseph, Thank you for the review. I understand your frustration and Id like to apologize. Normally at Peruzzi Mazda we spend a lot of time and money on reconditioning our pre-owned inventory however, this was a major oversight. Since we saw your review weve taken steps to make sure both Mazda Miatas will be in top notch shape going forward. Youre welcome to visit us again when theyre finished. Thank you again. - Tom Kay, General Manager

My wife and I went to look at a couple of used Miatas the dealer had advertised. We went on Memorial Day as it asn't too busy. We were promptly greeted by a very polite salesman, no issues with him whatsoever. The first car we wanted to look at wouldn't start. It happens occasionally, I get that. The salesman knew it probably wouldn't start based on his previous experience. Well, that's indicative of poor product preparation. If you know a car has a starting issue, fix it if you expect to sell it. The second car had a top that was in very poor condition. Threadbare in spots, actually. I opened the trunk to check for leaks and was greeted by a saturated trunk mat with a puddle in the trunk. The floor on the passenger side had about a half inch or water as well. Now in all fairness, we had torrential rain the night before. However, the top was plainly in need of replacement even to my untrained eyes. It would have been smarter for the dealer to address this issue before putting the car up for sale. Instead they decided to be cheap and lost the sale because of it. Very poor business practices in my opinion.
