Amazon Toyota OEM 60% Cheaper parts from LA Toyota dealer Looked for a Negative battery connection for my Camry - was told by the Part department between 20 and 25 dollars. He wold not give me an exact amount. I asked about the installation price and was transferred to the Service Department. I was told it was 35 dollars and asked if that included the part. No the part was another 60 dollars - so over 100% markup for transferring the part 20 feet. I just gave up and ordered the part from West Covina Toyota in LA via Amazon. The part was 10 dollars plus shipping 7.50. What I did not tell them is that we moved to LV 2 years ago and own 5 Toyotas they will Never see for service - nor would we Ever purchase anything from them, Even if I have to drive a new Toyota across the country.
They are liar ! and pushing a lot ! i bough a scion tc with low interest and few week later they call back and push me to sign a new contract , the finance manager named Silvino Reyes Push me to buy the service and install a lojack for my tc he said if i don't sign the bank won't approve ! he's suck a liar i found out few day later but that's to late because i already sign the paper work ! be careful and stay away from this dealer what a shame !!!!!!
service! From our first phone call to our parting handshake, you were receptive, helpful, flexible, committed, and pleasant. Even though the only issue was a burned out tail light, Greg treated the problem like it was the most important repair on the lot. He personally got out his tools and replaced the bulb quickly, all without me having to leave the vehicle. Thank you for respecting my time and for being personable but professional.
My overall experience was fantastic! Randy and Jay were fabulous to work with. Very helpful, quick and friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Randy and Jay made a usually stressful situation, less so. That means a lot to me. This is our (close to) 20th Toyota. We know what we like! Thank you for your help.
