Do not buy from these lame sales people! I traded in a car for a new one and they intentionally wrote the wrong VIN number on the Release of Liability so they could run up a huge toll charge since the transfer never went through. I complained to them twice but never got a response. I filed a corrected release of liability but more than 4 months after the transaction I am still getting toll charges. Also, they gave me the wrong secondary key for the new vehicle and refused to admit their mistake until I marched in and the service manager had to bring it to their attention. Rude, incompetent, poor customer service! Take your business elsewhere.
Talked me into a lease on a new Odyssey however there was no car on their lot. A dealer trade was necessary. We negotiated and agreed but the following day the dealer was unable to locate the correct vehicle through dealer trade. It took 3 days to find the correct car and get it to the dealership, leaving me paying for a rental. Then, the vehicle arrived with serious water damage in the cargo area. Unfortunately this was not noticed by the saleswoman when she installed the floor mats. (I did not see the damage because it was covered by the floor-mats for the rest of the vehicle, which had not yet been installed when I viewed the vehicle.) The vehicle was immediately returned to the dealership and I asked that the lease be canceled because they could not deliver the vehicle we negotiated about and agreed to. The dealership has so far refused to cancel, has been unable to find a cause for the water damage, has made promises re:repair they were unable/unwilling to keep, and have had my "new" car for 11 of the 12 days I've "owned" it. Now the General Sales Manager Miguel will not return phone calls. DO NOT BUY/LEASE from this dealership. We - ourselves and our extended family - have only used Hansel for the last decade for our vehicles, but will not do so again. BUYER BEWARE!
