Hello Kevin, We're sorry to see your review. We appreciate your feedback but we would never recommend a service or part if it was not needed. We understand your frustration. When you asked us to do an alignment after we fixed your check engine light issue our technician began looking into it. When the technician got to the right side, he found the outer tie rod was seized. He tried to get it loose with the help of another technician, but was unable to. The advisor called you and you mentioned that you had it at another shop for an alignment the prior week. We did not charge anything for the attempt, and we gave you a quote to replace both outer tie rods with an alignment. We are sure you were able to get the tie rod unseized, however we were not willing to break the item to get it free. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding and we hope you have a great day. Do not go here for service. Asked the service advisor Edmundo to do an alignment on my truck. He called back and said my tie rods were bad, seized up, can not be turned. Wanted $900 for tie rods. I said no and that I dont believe my tie rods are bad and I would like to just come get my vehicle. So they took my seized tie rods and turned them till I was driving with my steering wheel upside down. Tried to screw me out of $900 and then got mad when I told them they were lying about the parts I needed. I crawled underneath vehicle with a couple small hand tools and turned the (seized) tie rods till my wheels were straight again and steering wheel was where it needed to be. Do not trust this place. They will rip you off.

Miguel is a terrible salesman and provided inaccurate information on a car he said he sold two of that day. He rudely answered my questions incorrectly about the warranty with an attitude. He didnt tell me about all warranties, only one for the battery; when asking about others he said there is only a warranty on the electric battery. He then took down my information to give me a call and never called back, again with an unnecessary attitude. The manager I spoke with the next day didnt take my issue seriously and the dealership keeps attempting to get my review removed. This is an honest and accurate review. I was a real customer ready to buy, but I went elsewhere.
