The sales team was great they were extremely helpful and I loved working with them however the finance guy tried to cheat us told us al kinds of stuff was included in the penny perks only to try and add them on as extras in the end took forever to redo the financing after having to redo all the paperwork and couldn't get me the interest rate he said I could however when I went to the bank myself it was no problem

Purchased a vehicle from them in April. Was supposed to be getting a part for it. Its July and still havent received the part or any information regarding it. Every time we call, we are told we need to speak with someone other than them. Its ridiculous! Never buying a car there again! Its not just about sales. Its about service.
