Very rarely have to come in for service, and on this occasion, as usual, service staff was friendly, prompt and fast. I was notified when part came in, made an appt. and part was replaced that morning. Robbie made sure part was installed properly, Diana processed the paperwork for me when Robbie was assisting another customer so I wouldn't have to wait, and Lavar made sure my car was washed and ready to go. Couldn't ask for better service!

Arrived on time for my 7:30 am appointment to have 2 tires installed. It is now 9:15 am still not done. Service manager says they only have 3 technicians who can work on K900s and apparently that was why it is taking 2 hours to mount 2 tires. The K900 was my 2nd Kia purchased from Cobb County Kia. OK Cobb County Kia you just lost my future business. After posting the above Manager Andre Young called me and won me back despite the above. I sure wish I had known about the K900 concierge service. I will use it next time.
