Come in and scheduled appointment for service, as they had no time to check when I arrived thinking they will give me a quote. Very weird that I had to bring it in for a quote... Alas... 5 days later @ 7:45am I was to drop the car off and after 1st question, he said $130 for 1st hour of check, then 2nd question same... Another $130 for the first hour check, then 3rd same as the first two. Taxes and all, to check the car, that I already told what was wrong with it, he went "that will be $440, and you can pick the car later in the afternoon/evening". I am not paying $440 for someone to give me a quote. Good bye subaru!

Terrible customer service. I called and made an appointment to look at CPO outback. Tell them the features I'm looking for and they have something that will do. Show up and they state that they just took the car in on trade and it's still be inspected at and cleaned. Fine, whatever, I'm then told I can drive it only around the parking lot, ok I guess. I look at the car drive it a bit and I like it. So I tell the sales guy let me know when this thing is cleaned up and ready for a proper test drive, I'm really interested and need a car in the next couple of days. Nothing, no phone call, text or any kind of follow up.

I was an out of town buyer for a used Outback I saw on autotrader - I was hesitant to drive 2.5 hours to see a vehicle and even more so to buy one from a dealer not close to home....Sellers exceeded every expectation and took care of me during my car purchase. We were looking for a Forester but due to their popularity the trim model was not available. We made an appointment with Kristen Shultz at Sellers and we looked at the Outback. We decided on a trim package and Kristen began a search to find our Outback. She did and we are now driving it and we get a lot of compliments. She was very friendly, product knowledgable and worked very hard to get us our Outback. I would recommend to anyone to see Kristen at Sellers, the place where "no pressure" selling techniques sells cars. Great place, great people and Kristen is #1.
