Quality of work seem fine, but it took over 3 weeks to get my wife's car back, which is far too long for relatively simple body work (replacing a rear door and quarterpanel). The worst part is they blamed this on part delivery, which apparently took two weeks (I highly doubt this), and I couldn't pick up my car while they were waiting since it was already disassembled. Customer service was mediocre at best; my advisor wasn't proactive and generally didn't help much (I received maybe two updates over the course of 3 weeks). Sadly, I'll probably return here as they seem to be the only certified body shop in the area for Audi and Porsche.

Thank you for taking car of my car it looks great. Ely was a great communicator throughout the entire process. The reason why I give 3 stars is that initial estimate turned a small fender bender in to 3+ months of me battling the insurances for the value of a very unique car. Also, ordering the wrong parts didnt help at all. However, the quality of work is remarkable. Thank you!

Its really hard to find mechanics who you can trust to do a great job! I was in a car accident, and got the car towed to Fairfield. I just received the car today and Im so happy at the final result! My only critique would be communicating expectations. I was told on a few occasions that it would be finished on a specific day, just for that day to come and theres still work to be done on the vehicle. This went on for over 2 months. Thankfully, they were accommodating and towed the car to my place so I didnt have to make the long travel, which was very helpful! I give them a 4 out of 5. Even though expectations couldve been communicated better, Id still recommend this shop for their stellar work when all is said and done!

So, when I received this survey requesting feedback I didnt understand why. I mean, read the other survey responses. Your work is phenomenal however your communication and time to complete work need so much improvement. The only reason I got my car done within the week you quoted me was because I made a pain in the butt of myself based on previous posted customer reviews.
