Took my car in for a tire that had a nail in it. Was told that it couldn't be repaired and that the tread on all 4 tires was 4/32. I went to one of their competitors 5 minutes later and they fixed the tire for $29 and was told that the 2 of the tires were 4/32 and the other 2 were 6/32

Have gone three different times to get my oil changed. One time I set up an appointment and the other two I just dropped in. Each time I was an estimated an hour to complete the service. Each time I was presently surprised with them completing the service around 30 mins. I have gone during the week and once during the weekend. The gentleman that checked me in was extremely professional and friendly. I personally would recommend if possible to set up an appointment and was told that by the staff to make it easier on the customer. I also liked that they followed up a few days later to check if I was happy with the service. Would recommend this location.

THEY SELL LEMONS Please do not buy a used vehicle from this lot. I bought a 2011 Chevrolet equinox in February 2021. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle there were several things that needed to be fixed. Less than 30 days cleared the check engine light came on. Not only did the check engine light come on but the car needed a completely new AC compressor and control arm fix that cost about $1000 total. At the time no one knew why am I check engine light came on or they didnt wanna take the time to figure out what it was. So I then drove my car to Chicago Illinois where they didnt correctly diagnose my car Either but they did read the code that the car was having a cylinder two misfire yet I spent $400 on new spark plugs and oil change. That cleared the check engine light for only 156 miles. I was told that the car was safe to drive. So once I got to Cleveland Ohio the check engine light was on before I even got there. Once I got here they told me that one of my fuel injectors was failing and that GM recommends that fixing all four injectors when one fails. So after the diagnostic fee and the steps leading up to figuring out what was wrong with the car plus fixing whats wrong with the car we are now looking at a grand total of $2,400. All dealerships also recommend that after 100,000 miles that the timing belt be changed which would have brought my total to $4,800. to remind you all of this occurred in April & May 2021. So when I called West County Honda back to ask them if there was anything that they could do give him the fact that they sold me a lemon. They told me there was nothing that they could do.
