Rude, sleazy sales manager. They changed the price from the online price of $11,888 to $14,888 + $799 dealer fee once I got there! The manager said I "must not be a careful reader" and claimed the ad said the price included my $3000 cash. What a ridiculous premise for a price anyway. So, when I got home I double checked the ad, here's a shocker, it had no mention of any cash or trade equity. To call them "sleazy" doesn't even come close. At $15,600 they're over KBB by a grand and Nada by $1,600. What sort of idiot would pay that much of a premium to deal with these guys?! The car wasn't in great shape and the dealer doesn't offer any special perks or warranty anyway so who cares? Save your time, skip ANYTHING that looks like it might be a good deal here.
I was looking to buy a used car, and I stopped by the dealership. I already had my loan secured at about the lowest rate on the market through my credit union. I wanted to purchase a car, and I asked for the price. The sales manager would not tell me the price, trying to sell me on a monthly payment price instead. I walked out of the deal because he wouldn't tell me simply the price of the car.
Great Dealership, professional. Wide range of makes models colors. Bought A new car, the transaction was simple and easy. The sales man Joseph Lieberman and the finance/accountant guy were great, Joseph was funny, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to friends.
It was a great experience. We didn't feel taken advantage of and the entire staff was kind and pleasant to work with. My 2nd best experience buying a new car. 1st was at VW Sanford!
This dealer did the the bait in switch, failing to advertise A) the correct price on Autotrader and B) outright lying about the price of the car and what they paid for it. We went looking for a used Town and Country, found a very nice vehicle, but then found the sales manager, Mike King, very aggressive, even cursed while we tried to negotiate a price. Speaking of negotiating, rather than proper negotiating they get a second person, become very aggressive, and then insulted my family and I by stating that we either "knew nothing about what we were doing OR clearly couldn't afford what we already were driving". In fact, they wanted to only discuss how my offers would be used in a sales meeting rather than try to sell a vehicle. On the other hand, the sales staff, especially German and the young lady that greets you at the front door were very friendly and helpful.
