Brought the car in for an oil change in perfect condition... then when I received the car the check engine light was on and yay a $400 repair.. they also gave me the wrong paper work so I talked to the manager and he was useless. I Dont recommended this dealership very incompetent people work here.

I had emailed the main contact us inquiry form on Key Cadillacs website and Jasmine was a great help after I explained my reason for reaching out. I am looking to get some warranty repair done on my 14 Cadillac ATS due to an inner crack inside my radio and she had told me Andrew would be reaching out that next day to speak with me. Not only did a week go by, but when I did hear from Andrew via email today, I not only got a generic email response from him but he implied he had read my email and knew what I was asking about. He thought I was buying a vehicle and he absolutely did not read my email. I replied back and told him that he didnt read my email and what my issue was and he came back, no apologies, no nothing and just said service will be reaching out to me. I highly doubt they will since he took over a week to try to make a sale on me when I just wanted to get my car in for warranty work.

Do not take your car to Key Cadillac for service! They are a ripoff and do not take care of a known defect. They charged me for a alignment that was a necessary part of a recall on a suspension component. First of all Mary the service advisor lied to me and told me that this was not a recalled item (it was) then suggested that I must of hit a curb or a pot hole (I didn't). The toe adjuster broke at 57,000 miles and threw the car out of alignment, to say nothing of the near crash that almost ensued. And this is a known problem for GM as there have been at least three crashes involving fatalities for this exact part. For them to not take care of this is consumer fraud! The vehicle is a 2011 SRX. Do not give them your business!
