Garbage. I can't complain enough about the lies that I experienced trying to buy a Jeep here. "It's on the way", "It'll be here tomorrow", It's coming from out of state". Just be honest with me, I would have loved to have bought my jeep there but they couldn't just tell me the truth, I wouldn't have minded waiting a WEEK if they had just told me. Bottom line, I had a terrible experience with management, the sales staff, and I ended up buying the Jeep I wanted just up the road at Fort Collins Dodge. Much better experience. DON'T GIVE THESE LIARS THE TIME OF DAY LET ALONE YOUR MONEY!!! I will drive to Fort Collins for my service as well thanks to Samson's review also ....
Ridiculous turn around. I had my car in the dealership at 7:30 am. When I called back to check in at 3:30, my car should have been done at 2:00, they hadn't started working on it! So now, an hour and a half's worth of work got started 8 HOURS after I dropped it off!
Ernie Ybarra was amazing in helping us purchase our new 2013 Dodge Dart! I would recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service. The entire experience was great.

We came in looking at Jeeps trying to figure out it we would like it instead of what we have been looking for. I told the sales rep that I was not wanting to talk numbers just wanted to test drive. Both jeeps that we tested drove did not have a lot of gas. Just enough to go around the block. The sales rep Jeff was not the nice person. When we were ready to he brought out his sales manager to talk to me. After I told them I did not want to buy anything. Monday Jeff called me and then sent me a text message. What if I did not have the text package on my phone, I would have had to pay for it. Jeff never asked me if it was okay. Also the dealership would only talk bad about the other dealerships that were around them. Never again would I drive on their lot or would recommend anyone to them. Can you say PUSHY!!!
