Sooo where do I get started? Lets start from the beginning, I got caught up in a situation and needed help so my mother called multiple law firms and hired this law firm because of their persistence phone called and wanted to less down for a retainer. My mom paid $1000 and was told that the attorney would be at the jail by the next day, 72 hours later and still no lawyer my mom called the office and was told that the lawyer (Conroy) would be there later in the day. Being that my bond was set really high the lawyer told me that he when he finally got to the jail that he would start a motion that same day to have my bond reduced so that I can bond out 8 days later still nothing from the lawyer or the firm, I had to pay the whole bond. Magically the day after I was bonded out he then decided to submit the motion. So now Im free call the office and was greeted by a lady called Vanessa, at first she was pleasant to speak to until my first court appearance! As to their 60 page contract that they make you sign without proper time to read it, they have 48 hours to contact you regarding your case. Well that wasnt the case I called the office multiple times and email with no response 96hours later I had someone else call from their phone and magically vanessa picked up they put me on a three way call and that when Vanessa exploded she lied and said that she I had never spoken to her and that she never received emails from me (but magically replied to those emails later that day) she got very loud and threatened to disconnect the call if I kept talking over her and asked me to shut up or she would hang up. I was shocked and so were the other people that connected the call. Long story short they people dont care about u or your problems they only care about money. I called and emailed vanessa about possibly stretching out my payment arrangement as I lost my job her reply was I have to submit this to our office administrator and we will get back to you. Guess what they never got back to me instead they sent me an email with a motion to withdraw from the case. Now they kept all the money the received from me and then fired me!! Dont trust these people. They will feed you dreams and steal from you!!

Horrible service, super rude people, total lack of follow up. This firm was a nightmare from day one. I was charge with battery charges and I decided to hire an expensive firm in order to be well represented, without hesitation I paid 10,000.00, because I was very scared after being charge with battery, I not even knew what that meant. The communication was zero, I had to constantly call them to tell them about the case and I was the one giving them updates in my case when the court sent me documents, I received deceiving information from them, the paralegal was terrible and no helpful at all. I was lucky enough because without them doing anything, the prosecutor offered a program and I was assigned a very nice probation officer who was super supportive and helpful, unlike this firm. I wasted 10K when all what I would've asked was for decent customer service. My lawyer Jose Garcia was responsive at first which I appreciated, even though he never reply my messages after I started the program. Noone ever followed up with me and I still have to expunge my charges and of course I would never hire this firm again. I just called to ask some guidence on what should I do now if there is some paper work that I need to fill out or something, because I have not idea about what to do in this whole situation and I assumed that my retainer will get me some answers during the process. The paralegal that I had which didnt help anyways is not longer working there, no surprise and of course nobody told me who was the new paralegal in my case, my lawyer no longer answers my calls or texts and the recepcionst is the rudest person that you could have answering calls, this lady obviously hates her job, I called on 12.01.21 around 1 PM, unfortunately I didnt have a chance to ask her name. I did a bad review before, and they called me and asked me to deleted it because Ericka felt like she was going to be fired, and I didnt want to personally affect anybody, plus this is the first bad review that I have written in my 46 years of life. But if I can help other people to not waste a huge amount of money without getting any assistance and having the worst experience in their life, I definitely should do it. These people dont understant that not everyone who get in trouble is an experience criminal, in my personal situation I wanted to feel represented and it turned out that the public system did everything for me and I never should have hired them.
