The WORST of the WORST customer service! I spent 40 minutes trying to get my questions answered and was transferred multiple times, I talked to about 7 people when I finally had to hang up to go back to work. Nobody could help me they were always transferring me to the so called"SPECIALIZED " dept that could help me.I also tried replying to an email that I recvd from the San Jose office with no reply. I called the number that is listed for SJ and that number transfers you to India. SERIOUSLY Im just going to use another movie making app. I just needed to voice this horrible experience . I dont understand how an exception application could go so wrong and place their customer service in another country. I guess loss of customers is what will come out of that

William Ozinga, Sutton's Bay Michigan is one of your employees. William is very active on local social media, his comments are demeaning, rude and negative. I don't think his behavior is appropriate for someone that represents Adobe and it's people.
