Recently had an oil change done and was shocked and upset that no one was wearing a mask..
Dont spend money at this business. Horrible customer service. I purchased my car there and was loyal to making sure all work was done there. The first problem I had with them was I took my car in for an oil change and my low tire light had came on. Got the car back and 13 lights were on and they tried to charge me to get this fixed through the maker of my car. Blamed Honda for all the lights and took no responsibility. Continued to go back. A family member who owns his own shop put new brakes on, but all other work besides that has been through MCC. I was told I needed new tires after only 40,000 miles on the brand new tires MCC sold me due to uneven wearing. Called MCC to see about my warranty. Basically was told they wont be using the warranty and You need to put up with the sound or pay for new rear tires Was told it was cause I never rotated my tires, but they were the ones doing my oil change and never did it or even recommended that I do it. They also knew I had to get new tires very early due to uneven wearing, but never fixed the actual problem and just want more money. Very disappointed.

My recent purchase of a vehicle from MCC was an outstanding experience. Brandon and the rest of the sales staff were personable and professional, going out of their way to accommodate my buying needs. I have used the service center at MCC for many years with confidence.
