I would give zero, if their is an option for that, worst customer service and technicians ever. Avoid LG products. "Life gonna be worse if you have a LG appliance". Beyond Disappointed.

Forget about getting any quality service or products from LG. Spent more than 4.5 K on a washer dryer combo. Washer makes terrible sounds during rinse and spin cycles. Called him multiple times and when it was warranty they just kept fiddling around with it and when it was out of warranty you are on your own. Service staff doesnt care and not knowledgeable or helpful. Invest wisely and avoid LG

I purchased an LG Refrigerator in January and received in in April. Around the end of July the icemaker stopped working. The replaced a sensor around the end of July and a few days later the freezer stopped working. The replaced the condenser and compressor and the whole unit stopped working. The replaced it again and it was declared unrepairable. I have been on the phone a dozen times for hours to get some resolve. around July 20th I finally got a supervisor named Brian. An American working for LG in the Philippines. He told me that essentially there was no action at all taken on my issue. He escalated to your office. On 8/23 I received an email from Aquira who said it would be 3 to 5 days but I would hear from someone. It has be 8 and I have heard nothing. I emailed her several times with no response. I have been promised numerous times by your call center in the Philippines a supervisor would call me back and nothing. So it has been 6 weeks and numerous hours on the phone. I have spent 1500 dollars on food gas and eating out because I do not have a fridge to keep food or leftovers cold for my family. This has been the single worst experience of my life. Not only the poor quality of your product but he horrendous customer service and level of care or empathy that your company has shown for me and my family. I am asking for immediate help. This started in July and it is now September and I am no closer to getting a fridge. S.O.S
