I truly wish there was a way to leave a lower star rating then a one. Contractors...stay away from these guys, unless you live next door to them. Their salesman advertise that you will have a shower in your hands within three to four weeks. The truth is that it will take three to four months to receive your products. They are the worst supplier our company has ever dealt with. They literally sign away the product to JB Hunt and forget about it. We are just telling our customers the truth about these guys. They are terrible. Needless to say, we have returned to our previous supplier...regardless of the cost difference. At least we receive our products in a timely manner.

Please raise your product quality. Have had to return 2 warped doors and fix the other half of my doors that had poorly routed pockets for the hinges.

My name is Kairat, I am truck driver. Last night I had to pick up a load from Jeld Wen Door Devision company toward Vermont. However, I had terrible experience being here. I came here around 6PM and parked my truck and trailer at the empty parking spot and went to see someone in shipping office. I stand there waiting for almost an hour to get someone to help me. I have them my pick up # and other attached information. After another hour of searching this particular load they finally found in the system and pulled it up saying that they not sure what should go into the trailer as for this order. What makes me confused. However, they told me stay overnight and i'll be getting load in morning on the next day. On the next day I went to shipping office again and been told to wait they need to see what's going on and so. I was patiently waiting and meanwhile was moving my semi truck from spot to spot because they were asking to do so for no reason. After I called office and eventually they we asking my brokers name which I gave and told me to wait after what as I remember lady who was on the phone Sally said will be calling me after she finds out what's going on. As matter of fact she never called. At 11:30 AM I called back where she had no idea what I'm calling for and started over. After all she said that load was tendered. I was upset why nobody reaches me I have them my phone and was going back and forth to office. Wasted whole day. It's seems that they don't even care and told me to leave the property. This is really bad experience. Hope other drivers won't experience such things at this location. Be kind folks and do your job as is supposed to.

Took several hours to live load me. Must have been due to shift change. Not bad for my first time visiting their facility. Been to other facilities that take a heck of a lot longer! Good job, Ladies and Gents!
