Recently had a terrible experience with a service representative on the phone. I simply had a turbo issue with my car and went to this location after a referral. When I got my car back all of my lights within the interior of my car no longer worked. (all interior of the lights: some & my mirror) I called them the next day noting the issue, seeking a resolution, and one of the service representatives had a terrible attitude and dismissed my concerns by saying yeah thats what everyones says when I mentioned it worked fine before the service on my vehicle was done by Bob Sight Ford mechanics. I thought the response was poor and unprofessional seeing as if I spent over $500 the previous day. Do they know how dangerous it is to have the interior lights suddenly not working all at once after getting service done on your engine and turbo? This will more than likely be the last time I go to this location for service until a supervisor can rectify the issue. I would will be reporting this issue and degree of service to the better business bureau.

I was short on time and went to another ford service department. I always had my oil and tires rotated at the same ford store. Which I have never had an issue. I take it to Bob Sight in Lees Summit. Come to find out they are 10 dollars higher than my regular Ford Dealership and now. I lost my center cap Sunday do to screws not tightened. So I go by me some Alan wrenches and proceeded to check my other 3. Well long story short 2 of the 4 center caps where tight. Now I also sent them my number Sunday for someone to call me Monday. Here it is Monday 7pm. no call. So now I write a review. I love that this store is going to cost me money to go replace a center cap at my expense. With the center wheel caps being plastic. One would think common sense tells you not to use a impact wrench to tighten. This method broke by center wheel cap.

Worst service ever. Went in to buy a car and were met with such a rude sales person. We asked to test drive a car that we were wanting to buy and he was complaining the whole entire time about helping us. We didnt even get to give him our insurance before we decided to walk out. We went in ready to spend money and buy a car but we are not okay with getting a disrespectful sales person who will make commission off of us. If youre getting money from us, the least you can do is provide a friendly and respectful customer service. We ended up talking to a manager who was a lot more helpful.
