I was extremely disappointed with the service and my son's birthday cake. It wasn't what I wanted at all and it came out sloppy. I felt hopeless standing at the counter and the woman acted like it wasn't a big deal as if she didn't really care. When it was a big deal to me.

The service I just received was very frustrating and it gave me anxiety. The women that was helping seemed like she didnt know anything about sizes, flavor ect. and she was giving me an attitude/arguing for asking her questions. I asked for someone else to help me and the woman that came over was in a rush Which gave me anxiety. Now Im worried that my cake wont come out right and I just wanted a simple cake made. I asked her if there was anyone who takes orders.. and I dont even remember what she said because she was complaining that this was taking up 20 mins of her time when she could be doing something else. Im not sure how the procedure is when placing an order but it made me feel like I was doing something wrong as to placing an order. I pray my cake comes out right .. ** will post the results ** first timer there as well

What's not to love about this place? If you like sweets, you need to go here! Pleasant and helpful staff with workable hours to accommodate early birds and late in the day people who want something tasty for supper or breakfast the next day.

I stopped in to buy a french baguette and managed to snag the last one! We had it with our dinner and it was so fresh and flavorful. I ended up picking up a lobster tail for my boyfriend and he said it was delicious! I have yet to eat my treat (chocolate alpine), but Im very excited about it! The shop is small, but the sweet aroma will draw you right in! I will definitely be back.

I really dont want to have to give this kind of review, but after today 2/22/19 i ordered a cake and the girl that took the order didn't mention the extra charges for gold triming on the cake! So not a big issue the manager took care of that pretty quickly. But I'm absolutely disgusted at one of the employees that went to grab my cake in the back. As soon as i walk in she had an attitude!! I gave her my name and she went to go get the cake in the back. So when she returned, she literally just dropped the cake on the counter...made a big plop noise and tossed the recipe on the cake and go "there's you're cake" with an ugly attitude!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Little skinny dark skinned girl (not trying to sound racist in any way) just trying to describe her so the manager can hopefully check her attitude!!! but I think i will be looking for another bakery from now on. And funny how on the main entrance door it has a sign saying... looking for MATURE ADULTS to work in the bakery lol. Deffinently far from mature!!
