Me and my partner brought a property with 50% shared ownership, the whole process with NCHA was so easy and pleasant. Dean was an amazing man and really goes out of his way to help, our solicitors werent the best but he went above and beyond to chase things and resolve everything for me. Dana was always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything which was fab. I really cant recommend doing shared ownership enough, it just makes saving for a house a lot simpler. Cannot recommend NCHA enough.
