Don't even bother applying for a job/apprenticeship, it's a waste of time. The whole experience was dull,making me feel uncomfortable and small like I shouldn't even be there. Lack of enthusiasm and warmth towards me made me question if I should even pursue in the future my passion for this industry. Hopefully in the future they will learn from this and change their attitudes.

Over the past I have dealt with many estate agents but none have impressed me as much as Your Move. Arjan was very efficient in answering any queries we had and provided a top class service. Despite running into various issues with their panel Solicitors, Arjan did his very best to get them resolved and always provided a happy, cheerful and efficient customer service. I would recommend you stay away from their panel solicitors and use your own conveyancer to avoid the issues I faced (delays of 7 months as a buyer ). Following a conversation with them , I waited and waited for my valuation. It never came and despite many emails and calls, I never got anywhere. Eventually someone did call me back and in fairness did provide the valuation quite quickly. They just need to work on calling clients back, even if it just to say that have got the message and will be in touch. It makes a difference.
