Hi Ashlee, Thanks for leaving the updated review. I apologize for any problems you may have had with your truck purchase "two years ago" and would like to address your statements. If I currently remember the vehicle you purchased had rocker panels with rock chips in them, not rust. We gave you an option of having them repainted, no bodywork, by our refinisher or by someone you knew. The undercarriage was rust free as most of our trucks are. We never claimed the truck was from the south. Unfortunately in our climate all of these vehicles get premature corrosion; we are already seeing one year old models with rust. In the end, we the dealer, get to be the punching bag by angry customers as if we were the original manufacturer, engineer and designer of these vehicles. However, I do sympathize with you as I have a similar truck as you which is only two years old and my rockers are rusty as well. So who do I blame? As far as the other problems. Upon every delivery I give me personal cell and tell the customer they can reach out to me for years to come with any questions or concerns if needed. Our number is posted all over the web, we are open six days a week and I personally take calls until midnight when needed. This is service that you never find anywhere else. Yet I never got a call from you regarding any issues and no opportunity to help rectify an issue "years later". We also offer phenomenal extended warranties for purchase on every vehicle sold. These are automobiles with 1000's of parts and potential issues, there is no way of knowing what will break and when. Just as I can't predict the future I also can't anticipate problems with a vehicle or be to blame for manufacturing defects. Again my apologies I wish we had the opportunity to help you previously..

Jim and Mike were a pleasure to work with. It was over memorial day weekend, we test drove a truck and had a deal! We were given a great trade in price for our truck and a price we couldn't beat on the new one! They are some of the most honest car salesmen I've dealt with. *** Update*** I would never use them again, they did bodywork to the rockers of the truck I purchased and 2 years after it was rusted out (I wash my vehicle regularly also) Ive had nothing but issues with the truck after the first year of purchasing it, never again will I buy from them! Lots of un-honesty just like a lot of used car dealerships, Ive since gotten rid of my lemon of a truck and purchased from a real top of the line dealership. He claims it was a southern truck, but it was actually from Canada.

It sounds to me since you stated we are a "typical" car lot that you have been having the same problem everywhere you go. I can assure you that we are one of the lowest price dealers on the web for nearly all of our inventory and that we give full book on all of our trades. We even go as far to show our customers what we pay for our inventory and we share the "Dealer Only" market reports so they have a thorough understanding of how the trades are valued. Now, Mr. John Doe, if you happen to be associated with the marketing company that has been calling my phone 5 times a day / 7 days a week for the last six months (that hangs up when we answer so that we call you back claiming) claiming you can help fix any negative Google reviews; take a hike. I find it completely coincidental that I get a negative review today when yesterday I demanded that you give me proof of negative reviews and when you failed to do so I told you for the twentieth time to take us off your call list and stop calling us. Either way, this review has no merit. Our customer service record over the last 23 years speaks for itself. Good Day Sir!

Absolutely the worst humans imaginable. At the height of Covid, Jim Estle Owner asked us for a line of credit to transport some vehicles from auction. The world was shut down, he was taking advantage of that. He told us to invoice him later, we moved hundreds. My wife was to write this, but was not well enough, she was diagnosed with cancer and will be writing her own review, as well as my daughter and several relatives across the country. I did invoice them months ago and was told it would be taken care of by their admin Val. Though our daily cancer treatments at umass medical, i called often. I was ignored. I have a plethora of proof, signed documents, totaling over $12,000. I was told yesterday by "rob" aka: Robert Pollick Operations Manager AutoSmart LLC dba Autosmart Chevrolet LLC that it was too much work, that they weren't going to bother to even look at my documentation. Estle Chevrolet has decided to keep our $12,000. Although we can't afford our health premiums, they decided that even though it was a legitimate, documented expense, they'd rather steal the money that pay it, We will be emailing every executive at GM we can find email addresses for. We will do something new daily until we receive satisfaction. We are contacting every single TV station in PA until one of them agrees to do a story on these men as we try to survive Covid, Burning a small company, in the middle of a national crisis is pathetic. I am compiling any complaints i can find and they will be added to the story for TV if we can prove they are true, If you have an ounce of patriotism or compassion for the little guy, contact me by writing a review yourself...
