We took delivery of our 2015 Tahoe in April and are very pleased. Ryan was very helpful in going through all the many features our Tahoe had/has to offer. After a road trip the end of May, we were ready for the first oil change and also had the tires rotated. What a great service department, friendly and professional! Wonderful experience all around!

Service was poor and it took 6 hours to get the car we wanted. The guy helping us kept leaving the office and leaving us to sit and wait while we were ready to finish up the paperwork. Our bank even told us when I called them, that it does not take as long as it did and it should've been done already. Even after we told them that we were on a time crunch because my husband had to work that afternoon, they still took their sweet time(it was a 90 minute drive home). They told us we would get 6 months of XM, which was shut off after one week and weren't negotiable at all on the price.
