I went to eyemagination a few years ago, and Lou worked with me to get a pair of glasses I liked. (I didn't care for my initial pair, and they redid them). Fast-forward to a few months ago, where I ordered lenses for my "regular" frames, and a pair of computer glasses. Unfortunately, despite another redo, I still couldn't see well in the glasses, and was refunded most of my money back, minus $119.00. I was mailed a check because I had moved away, but wasn't told why I didn't get the full refund. (I'm going to assume it had something to do with the lenses, though it would have been nice to get an explanation along with the check). Despite that, I appreciate how eyemagination worked with me to resolve this issue to the best of their ability, and am grateful that they made an exception for me considering my circumstances. I discovered that they don't typically give refunds, so if you have a "special" high prescription like I do (which might have been an issue with the computer glasses), you may want to take that into consideration before you order anything like that from them. You DO have 30 days for any "redos", and they will gladly accomodate you. It's just that I had moved out of the County, and although I traveled back down for the redo and then had the glasses mailed to me, it still didn't work out. But once again, I sincerely appreciate the effort everyone involved made to resolve the issue, even though I didn't get the full refund. It was nice that they cared enough to provide me with some satisfaction.
