Marico, We genuinely apologize that you felt that we were a two star business. However we feel that we have treated you fairly and respectfully. The 2003 Cadillac Escalade was advertised at $5,200. When you came to test drive it, you brought up the issue of the car missing the third row seat. We gladly took off $200 as that was the replacement cost for the seat. As soon you called me and told me that the fuel pump had went out We agreed that I was going to pay for the part and you would pay for the labor. The part cost was $70 hence we wrote you a check for that amount and mailed it the same day. We feel that we have fulfilled our due diligence on our side. Fuel pump went out on me in 6 days!!!!! He told me he'll pay for the pump but only gave me $70 on it and I was missing my 3rd row seat which was advertised that it was In the SUV on the website....

I went in there to test drive a red Manuel transmission Saturn and found a lot of problem the clutch was going bad and to get rid of the noise you had to hold the clutch down which as everyone should know is not good. So I brought the car back went in there and let them know. I got told well what do you expect for $1000. I just baught a buick regal gran sport out with no problems at victory motors for $1000
