Car was serviced okay but was returned in a very dirty condition. This was my 1st time with The new Clearlake location. It has never happened this way in the 20 years I have been a BMW customer.

Never buying a vehicle from here again. Salesman from the dealership contacted me in regards to a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. We spoke through text with frequent updates regarding availability of said vehicle. We set an appointment at a set time and date for me to purchase the vehicle. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership to find out that the vehicle we had been talking about had been sold several days prior. Salesman attempted to shill a different vehicle on me at which point I walked out and left. Salesman contacted me several days later notifying me that the vehicle in fact had not been sold and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle (again). I drove to the dealership immediately. Upon arrival I noticed that every wheel on the vehicle had curb rash. I purchased the vehicle same day under the agreement that the wheels would be repaired. I left the vehicle overnight for the wheels to be repaired. Next day I drove another hour to pick up the vehicle and upon arrival I noticed that the wheels still had curb rash (one of them severely). I asked them to once again repair the wheels before I drove it off the lot. I left the vehicle yet another day for the wheels to be repaired again, hopefully this time properly. The next day I once again drove to the dealership to pick up the vehicle I had purchased now several days prior. The wheels were yet again, still damaged and appeared to have no visible difference from the day prior from photo comparison. Salesman stated that they had tried their best to repair the wheels. I was furious. I drove the vehicle off the lot and had to pay another shop several hundred dollars out of pocket to properly repair the wheels. If I could leave negative stars I would. Shady sales team and very unprofessional.

Had a last minute thing that needed doing, team were super accommodating and are a Great service team, no issues and no fuss! Car came back nice and clean and well taken care of! Highly recommended.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I apologize things were not handled to your satisfaction. I will use this situation in a discussion with our sales and management team so we can better handle this type of situation. We do share our pre-owned inventory between our locations, but unfortunately we are unable to take a vehicle from another location while it is already in the process of being reconditioned. Apparently before this vehicle was finished that dealership did complete a sale to one of their customers. Unfortunately we do not have complete control of the process when the vehicle is already located at another dealership and they sell it before they even have it frontline ready. I would be more than happy to try and assist with locating another vehicle if you would like to give me a call and discuss options. Unorganized.. I made a review 3 years ago and I have since tried to purchase another vehicle from this location unfortunately it was one of the most unorganized insufficient experiences that I've had purchasing a vehicle... The vehicle was that their midtown midtown location.. The salesperson stated that they could have access to the vehicle and have it moved to Clear lake for purchase however after many texts and calling the salesperson at the Clear lake location he didn't stated that the vehicle could not be purchased because it was missing apart.. I did find this odd so I waited a few days called the midtown location and the vehicle that already been sold however there was a missing part but the bar agreed to wait until the part came in... This is exactly what I wanted to do and explain that to the salesperson at the clearlake location I was willing to put a contract on the vehicle and wait for the part to come in He said that that is something that they would not be able to do.. However they did run my credit and attempted to get me financed for another vehicle that I had absolutely no interest in purchasing It's out my authorization... and offered a lame excuse as to why the other vehicle was sold..
