Tried to use free passes online and didn't work and then when needing to talk to a human I could not get anybody! For being a local place it's bad customer service all around. Decided not to go today because of it

Great place, however given the price of over $200 for my family for the day pass, this is probably a once in a lifetime visitif money was no issue Id probably go back.

My grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here! When we return it will be during the week because the weekend crowd made for long feeding lines. Looking forward to a return visit!

I am not sure when you visited, but we have not had tigers for a couple years. We are accredited by the Zoological Association of American and held the Humane Certified certification from American Humane since 2017. All of our exhibits meet their standards for animal care and public safety including the Hippo Exhibit. I am sorry you didn't like how they were designed and that your kids did not enjoy the experience.

Very bad the tiger exibit was so small and it sucked -100/10 hate it my kids were so disappointed and the hippo enclosure was way too small would not go again if my life depended on it the meerkats looked so sad
