Beware of this company. Do your research if you are making Americas Home Place a choice for your construction. First off I had 4 to 6 inches of water in my crawl space and asked if they water proofed or damp proofed the block I was told that it wasnt needed, really then why is there a lake under my home. Get to the final walkthrough and there are issues and was told they would be fixed within two weeks. A month and a half later its time to move to in and guess what nothing had been done with the issues that were pointed out and put in the contract that would be fixed within 2 weeks. Floors buckled up and they blame the flooring company saying it their fault, said the floors were not sanded, guess what the floors were sanded and the sub-floor has moisture(probably from the lake that was under the house) AHP management told the flooring people that were here to repair it to cover it up and leave. Trim looks like its 20 years old and installed by a toddler(a toddler probably could have done a better job). Stairs never with gaps in them. Ive been living in the house for over a month now and dont have kitchen cabinets with doors on them a sink missing in one of my bathrooms. All Ive heard is Im so sorry we will make it right. If Ive heard it once Ive heard it 100 times. Just do your research before hiring these people they do a good sell but at what cost to the buyers. Update: Over a year living in the home and repairs still not complete. Still have flooded crawl space and things not fixed inside the home that were supposed to be fixed before moving in. Have now taken legal action against America's Home Place. Sad that this company is still getting the business that they do.

We are in the beginning process of having a new home built and looking forward to delivery in the fall of 2023. The entire staff in the Kodak office have been amazing so far and we look forward to working with them. We will be relocating from Florida to Tennessee when our home is complete but the peace of mind having them on board with the build makes living so far away, a lot easier. The email turnaround time and phone calls returned is huge for us.

From start to finish with everyone we dealt with here, we're very happy with our experience and our new home. Becky and Matt at the main office were instrumental in helping us nail down what we wanted in a house and Daniel Wilson made it all happen as project manager. Things that impressed me: everyone either answers their phone or replies to messages quickly. That's a huge thing with us. If it was a problem, and they do happen, everyone was quick to say "we'll get that taken care of" and quick to actually get it taken care of. No one is perfect, but the attitude and ease at which these folks were to work with was above and beyond and made building a home the adventure it's suppose to be.

All staff we had contact with were so pleasant and helpful. Any time of day! Even the preferred lenders were patient. Everyone is very knowledgeable and if they happened to not know something,they asked around until they got you a solid answer. You can tell they communicate well amongst each other. We appreciate the work Americas homes place does and the way they manage the home building process. The process is simple and very efficient. Everyone that we worked with was working hard behind the scenes to ensure we had a great customer experience.
